Very informative book on sleep!
The media could not be loaded. Highly recommend this book for anyone struggling with sleep!This book has many actionable steps you can take to improve your sleep. I have read a lot about sleep in the past but this is more than just the usual advice you hear for free everywhere, which is why I believe it’s really worth having on your bookshelf to help you during those times in life where your sleep gets a bit worse!I am certain that if you follow the steps in this book, you’ll see a difference in how well you sleep.

This book can change one’s relationship with sleep
This is practical, easy to understand and gives clear instructions. It was amazingly to keep the sleep diaries and analysis the results.I have made changes to my bedtime routine and I am getting more restorative sleep.This really works.

This books saved my life in a few days
Bought the book, started reading it. Four days later, my sleep had improved dramatically. I had never cared about sleep hygiene, which I corrected upon reading the book. I had never cared about winding down before sleep, I am now winding down, which greatly helps me fall asleep. Most importantly, I learnt to stop ruminating, which is now helping me go back to sleep quickly when I wake up the middle of the night. Brilliant book!
