Works very well. After a few months use I am very happy with it. Only a minor problem in the first month - the plastic connector holding the nozzle popped loose and was rattling around inside the part that connects to the bottle. Contacted customer support and they tried to help but I think there was a language barrier problem. Ended up taking the thing apart thinking it was broken anyway and managed to fix it myself. Had to carefully open the sections of the part holding the diffuser nozzle and remove some glue-type gunk then was able to put the nozzle back in place and it works great.

I like it but I don’t like it. This item was to cover a big area. It did not do that, in my opinion. I have it in the hallway of my formal dining area and I only smell the fragrance when I am standing close to it. Before you think I might used a cheap fragrance. Not at all, my fragrance cost a $69 a bottle. It also makes noise when it’s in use. What I like about the product is easy to use and able to program time and days you want to activate the machine to go on. For the price, I feel it’s not worth it. .

Producto llegó a tiempo , pero no era lo que yo esperaba ya que no es muy potente en cuanto a que la casa tenga un olor agradable es solo para un espacio más pequeño , tuve que colocar más tiempo para que saliera el producto para así sentir el aroma ya que no cubre lo que dice las especificaciones, además probé instalando la manguera en el ducto del aire acondicionado y fue peor , no salía nada de olor por los compartimientos , solo le doy 3 estrellas por qué no cubre la cantidad de espacio que dice , para una pieza está bien pero para espacio como comedor y living no cubre

I have no idea what I’m doing… directions are useless.. doesn’t come with oil and doesn’t take water.. not sure how to do this

It’s pretty awesome. Huge tank and my house smells amazing. The app took a second to figure out and could be a bit more intuitive.

Seemed like it was going to be a good purchase when it arrived; however, putting it together was another story. The seller offered additional instructions, but I didn’t want to mess with it so they gave me a full refund. Very easy return.

The atomizer works well. It is designed to use pure essential oil (no water added). One of the benefits of no water is that it does not add more humidity to the room (like a mister). It runs intermittently, so you can custom set the frequency of when it goes off and for how long (i.e. every 30 secs running for 15 secs). The essential oil holder holds a good amount of oil. Not sure the amount, but over 4 fluid ounces. The tube extension is good for versatility of placement of the unit.

La verdad funciona. Pero no como esperaba que funcionará un aparato profesional... Creo que va a ser mejor poner como 5 de los chiquitos de pilas de puro aceite, que uno grande como este.... Cuando funciona, si huele al aroma qué se pone de manera correcta. Pero hace mucho ruido para un ambiente tranquilo. Para un restaurante estaría perfecto. Para una casa con mucha tranquilidad, no. (suena como celular en modo vibracion en una mesa de madera).

Muy ruidoso, los botones para programarlos aveces funcionan y otras se quedan trabados, mi problemático para programar, la aplicación para el celular no funciona para Mexico y es un problema programar el difusor
