My sister referred this product to me after trying to find something to help keep her place clean and allergen-free for her children that started to develop allergies not only does this help and make things easier for her to clean she has used this product in ways that I never thought I would use them in, for instance, the mop attachment she uses to get to the top of her finished cupboards. My cupboards are not finished so I need to be a bit careful, But I use the steam to spray a light mist or steam a light mist of hot water on the cupboard and then use the microfiber pad to just gently wipe it away as opposed to applying the unit close to the unsealed and I'm finished painted cupboards that I have. I did not buy this for my cupboards though I purchased this to clean the tile on my kitchen counters and I am absolutely amazed at the job that this did my kitchen looks brand new not only does it look new it smells good and part of having an old house is trying to get rid of all smells and as I have worked meticulously through my house on a daily basis the Basic smell of the home as you come in is not as musty which is really great because normally when I have clean my carpets with vinegar and windows with vinegar it smells clean after two or three days but you have to smell vinegar for two or three days and with the steam cleaner I've used it on the windows I've used in the tub on the kitchen counters on the kitchen floor and even started using it To spot treat my carpet and then begin working on small sections of my carpet at a time and places where there has been dogs smell from accidents I put my nose right next to the carpet to smell it after two or three days and the smell is all but diminished now these are not saturated pet stains but my little dog had an accident I got majority Of the year and up right away but no matter what cleaners are used it's still had a faint odor if I would put my nose next to it and smell the spot but this unit has helped clean those areas to where there's hardly any smell at all. I can only use it for about an hour or so at a time if I am doing things that are chest height or shoulder height as my arm does get tired after a while from holding the unit but I like the weight of it so that I don't press too hard or scrub too hard on things that are not finished So it is a nice reminder in my old house to be gentle. However, it would be nice to be able to use it for more than just an hour at a time based on my limitations. This unit heats up extremely fast and is one of the key points that I like about it you open the top of the water and away you go and no matter what angle you have the unit even upside down this unit will still extract water needs to create the steam it is an excellent unit and I recommend it to everyone

This was recommended by a floor tech to use on our tile floors. I was looking for something that would leave less water behind that a standard mop. This cleans and sanitizes. Floor is barely wet; when I finish an area, it’s dry where I started. No water siting in the grout. Soft cover should be easy on the floors and grout. Should work great in the step in shower with the tile floors and walls. It does have a cord but the cord length works perfect for me. Easy to use, a lot of attachments come with it. Nice bracket to mount on wall that holds the head and tube.

4 star and not 5, here's the good points. First, packaged in such a way that I didn't have to use a nuclear powder device get the thing unpacked. All parts were sturdy and easy to assemble. long extension cord. Good powerful hot steam in two different strengths Handy case and bag to keep from losing attachments and wall mount kit also. and the steamer can stand upright on it's own fairly well. Only negative point is the inconsistency in steam production. The device makes a knocking sound like something is wrong and the steam at times slows down temporarily. Never-the-less I was able to clean the grout and floor fairly well. Only other disapointment was the lack of a replacement for the grout brush. Very well made and sturdy brush, but with heavy use, its bristles were wearing down. I wanted to order a replacement but couldn't find one for the 2075A model. Replacement were available for other models. If other models are as good as this one, I wish I had ordered a different model. All said, I'm not too disappointed with this product and felt it was well priced.

To each their own.. reading good and poor reviews. This is my experience.. having used standard floor steamer before. I wanted something more versatile that could do more than just floors... I found it. Pro.. Piece of mind knowing everything is clean and steam sanitized. More than just doing floors.. Able to get grim off walls without damaging the paint finish. Steam clean around sink and facets were normal cleaning can not reach. I found it very easy to use and to handle - don't have an issue with its weight- just makes you use muscle lol. Like the hanging option to keep out of the way and neatly stored. Finally was able to get sticky grim off floor and window sills and counter tops normal cleaning would not remove. Have a fabric couch that had a funky smell. (Neighbor was getting rid of it .. it had been outside for a bit) . using foam resolve cleaner first then steaming...WOW.. Smell is gone!!!!! I have 4 cats, dog and bird. Cleaning bird cage is so much easier now with the power of steam and knowing all the nooks and cranies where his dander can collect is now clean.. help keep him healthier. Steam cleaning and sanitizing walls and base boards where litter pan is... awesome!. Con.. doesn't hold much water- if you have large area to clean must keep refilling. Having to manually hold the button for steam can be a nuisance, however, I like having the choice of stopping the steam when needed. Having hardwood floors...I don't mind that it doesn't put out a very powerful steam with the floor attachment..don't be fooled if you think there isn't enough steam...accidently got foot too close...ouch!!!! It is there!!!! Some people complained of streaking.. I have found that if you pull back slowly gives enough time to heat and clean the surface and allow to dry faster. I spray either Pinsol or Lysol cleaner first (properly diluted of course) go over to "mop" first then apply steam as final step.. Floors come out beautiful.. all those little paw prints...gone!!!! Very happy with this model. I know it states to use distilled water. However that is just an extra expense..I cannot afford to spend on so I use filtered tap water.. works just fine.

Did almost everything I'd hope it would! Did a great job of cleaning the grout. I used small concentrating tool and the the stream powered in and the built up dirt washed out, so I could just wipe it away. I believe I can now maintain the clean by just using the regular floor tool. Faucets and stainless steel appliances looked like new. You don't realize how much of those spray and wipe products build up until you power it all off and see a real shine. Tile backslash in the kitchen came back to life. Also used to to remove soot that built up on the logs outside because the grill was too close. No product worked at all. BTW floors are more beautiful than ever, and I had used a different steam machine for years that finally died. Steamed the hinging curtains and they look so much better! It is light weight, has lots of tools to try out for different jobs. It did take some time to clean out build up pin grout as I mentioned and some areas, but now that they have been de-gunked, it should be easy to maintain the clean. Love it! It does get hot so read the cautions... I cleaned for hours, on less then 1 gallon of distilled water btw, and came out unscathed.

I have mixed feelings. Materials feel high quality. Sturdy, durable, feels like it matches the price. The cable is thick. Everything snaps into place as it should. User experience wise this stream device is terrible. Holding down the trigger the whole time is annoying and tiring. Constantly waiting over and over again for the steam to reheat while it makes a “knocking” noise makes me want to get a wet and drop to my hands and knees just to get the cleaning over with. However, it got the job done and I don’t feel like hassling with another return.

I had used a Clorox Clean-up and a Swiffer mop over the years. This is a huge upgrade! It uses just distilled water, as opposed to harsh (and expensive) cleaning solutions. It heats up quickly so it's ready to use almost immediately after plugging it in, and the floors dry quickly after steam-mopping. As others have said, you do have to hold down the steam button during operation, but this isn't generally a big deal, unless you using it for an extended period of time. I love most of the attachments, and the two mop covers. The only attachment I'm not pleased with is the grout cleaner. It does a wonderful job, but the bristles bend and collapse into something almost unusable after the first use. I'd appreciate an easy way to order replacements for just that tool - not the whole set - as it's almost a disposable tool if you can only use it once. I have a LOT of tile in my house, and I'd probably buy replacements frequently.

Had such high hopes for this steam cleaner. I wanted a steam mop and a steamer I could use on grout. Biggest disappointment on both. Steam came out for a minute than nothing. Makes a horrible noise. When using as a mop wand fills up with steam so when you dismantle it water pours out. Top is so heavy even when you lock it upright you have to lean it up when something or it will fall over. Left a nice warm plastic smell. Horrible design. Cord is nice and long which is the only good thing about this steamer. The video was taken about 5 min out of the box. Reservoir was filled prior to video. Had others bit Amazon only allows one. Started a return and can't wait to send it back.

I'd love to rate this product as a 5 but there are a couple of things about it that are a bit of a challenge. It was my husband's idea to get this steam mop and I'm really glad we did. Some of the benefits of the unit is that my tile floors are getting very clean, even in the crevices. When using, unlike when regular mopping, by using the steam mop, your floors dry really fast. I love this. I was sent a survey about the product and wished I'd been able to select my top 2 issues with the mop which are (1) the weight of the head and (2) the trigger. I selected the weight of the item on the survey but I'm not sure a lot can be done except maybe with the motor. The water is going to add weight but you need that and I find the amount of water I add is just right to do all of my first floor tile with some water left over. My real issue is the trigger. Because it's near the top (not sure how to describe this), I find I let go often. I think I wish it was longer and was the width of all of my fingers rather than just the index finger. Because of the weight and this trigger which adds strain, I find in my 10 minutes of cleaning with it, I have to keep changing hands. I don't have arthritis, but I suspect some who does have it, may find this unit hard to use. I still really like the cleaner. I haven't had a chance to use the portable hand held unit on windows yet, but think it will work well. I do recommend this item but be aware of my issues above.

Since this arrived, I've literally steamed everything in my house! This thing is incredible. It gets dirt I didn't even know was there. With 2 dogs and a toddler this has quickly become a tool I use daily. I went with this one even after reading reviewers were unhappy with the weight of the main attachment. Is it a little heavy? Sure, but it's nowhere near unmanageable. It heats up quickly and doesn't require constant refills which is a plus. I love all the little attachments which get an array of jobs done. Cord length is great (for reference, main floor of my home is approx. 1200 sqft and I need to relocate plug twice to get everywhere). I can't recommend this enough. If you are looking for a steamer that does it all, this is your guy!

I can't say enough about this little machine. It worked beautifully at disinfecting my entire bathroom. It left my shower and sink gleaming and removed what little mildew that was left behind from previous scrubbing. Even though I used bleach and other harsh chemicals, I still couldn't get things as clean as the Bissell steam mop and cleaner did. I think what I liked most of all was that I didn't end up with a headache from inhaling toxic fumes by the time I was finished. The steam alone removed the soap scum on the shower doors and walls. It also removed the gunk that you get under the toilet bowl rim that I never could get out completely with a scrubbing toilet brush. I love that there is an attachment on the bottom to keep all the little brushes handy when you need them. I would highly recommend the Bissell steam mop and cleaner for all your household chores!
