Helps to cover the artificial sweetener that seemed to increase when EAS was bought years ago. Still the best protein drink I have tried as far as protein content amount and flavor. I dont care for the vanilla or strawberry. I have a touchy stomach and have never had any issues with this product. Texture is great with water and frozen fruit.
