This pour over seems to work good, it does take a bit longer than a k-cup or a regular coffee pot due to making the hot water but the flavor seems to be better. This is a decent size, thickness, it seems to be durable, I'm not a fan of the plastic parts inside. It did a good job of keeping the coffee grounds whet they should be. I think it's a good product but a bit overpriced, you're paying for the name on the side of it.

I bought this to use with ground coffee especially for my mushroom coffee grounds. Normally I use my nespresso machine but sometimes want to change up the flavors by using ground coffee. This Stanley Pour Over is great. Full Stainless steel which makes it very easy to clean. No paper filters so less waste. It fits over all my coffee mugs. Been using it for a week and love it. Already been telling my friends about this pour over especially the ones that are campers. Very happy with this unit and the price is great. Build quality appears to be top notch.

This is awesome! when camping in our tent this past summer, I could not live without my coffee and this was indispensable. I liked knowing that I didn't need any other products to make this thing work, just my coffee. It's best making more than 1 cup (8 oz.) of coffee, not just one because the grind does not have enough time to brew before getting filtered. Also, the last drops of coffee to take some time to make their way through the filter and into the cup, so if you are in a hurry your might be disappointed with the quantity of coffee in your cup. But if you make 1.5 cups, it's just right. Clean up was pretty easy. I just banged the unit against a picnic table to get most of the coffee grounds to fall into the garbage bag. After disassembling the device, it took just a little water poured over the filter (2-3 times) to get rid of the remaining grounds.

Purchased for a solo camping trip and love that it fits over any cup so I was able to use one I already own. It's lightweight yet sturdy and I don't have to worry about it getting broken when packed in all my cooking gear. No coffee filter needed, zero grounds in my cup and it's easy to clean. I would take a practice run at home before using it while traveling. Maybe others are smarter (or more awake) but it took me a minute to figure out how to take it apart for cleaning but it's really very simple. I would use this every morning if I lived alone because the coffee is THAT good. This would also make a great quality, useable gift for your coffee loving, camping, hiking friends and/or family.

This thing looks very nice, it’s a lot more sturdy than my collapsible silicone pour over which can sometimes collapse when overfilled with water and dump boiling water on your feet. My only problem with this metal Stanley pour over is, water runs through it too quickly. I get a stronger cup of coffee by just using my old pour over with a cone filter because it drains very slowly and allows the coffee to really impart itself upon the water. I had to use roughly 30% more coffee grounds with my new Stanley pour over to offset the higher speed at which the water flows through it compared to a traditional cone filter, you’re getting a lot less out of your coffee grounds when your water runs through it so quickly. I really want to like this pour over, but after my first day using it and getting abnormally two weak cups of coffee with the same amount of grounds I use every day, I have just been using my old one silicone one w/cone filters again so I can have strong cups of coffee without using way more coffee grounds. .

Durable as always, solid build. I am a fan of Stanley, and this did not disappoint. Make sure to pour water slowly and evenly to minimize coffee grinds to pass thru the filter.
