Works Great
Solid construction. The long cord from the splitter to the laptop allowed me to place it where I wanted. It makes a solid connection and has lightning quick response.

ONFINIO USB Hub 3.0, 7-Port USB Hub Splitter with Individual On/Off Switches and Lights
This 7-port USB 3.0 hub is useful for expanding a single USB port into multiple connections, especially for desks with several peripherals. The individual on/off switches are a standout feature, allowing each port to be powered independently without unplugging devices. The indicator lights clearly show which ports are active without being overly bright.Data transfer speeds are solid for everyday use like keyboards, mice, flash drives, and external accessories. The hub feels stable on a desk and doesnโt slide around easily once placed. Plug-and-play setup worked without needing drivers, and it recognized connected devices immediately. This hub works best for low- to moderate-power USB devices rather than high-draw charging. For organizing multiple peripherals and controlling them efficiently, itโs a practical and convenient addition to a workstation.

works fine on windows 11
it works fine as a usb hub for windows 11it's a bit quirky though but I like the on/off switch option that is built into this product.when you plug stuff in, you have to plug it in in a certain order, closest to the wire first and then down as you fill it with usb devices. if you go right to the end of the usb hub (the part without the wire running into it) windows will give you an error the the device has malfunctioned, but it doesn't happen as long as you are plugging things in a certain order (closest to the wire first, then down).also it says it supports portable HDD external drives, but with the external HDD i have it needs to take two usb ports if i use this hub. where if i plug it in directly into the computer, i only need one usb input. so I assume it depends on what type of external HDD you have, but for me it's pointless to use up an extra usb input so I'm going to keep mine plugged directly into the laptop i bought this for (my laptop only has two usb inputs so i needed this product).but like i said, other than those two minor things, this is a great product.oh and also, if you bump into the usb connection, sometimes it randomly disconnects/reconnects. so the usb plug must be cheaply made since it comes loose so easily. but not a big issue.i may buy another one in the future if i run out of usb input slots on this one. or i may buy a higher quality one, but for the price this isn't bad.

Thought you'd like to know from a small business perspective.
I have had zero issues with this 7-port USB hub splitter. It has saved me lots of time. It has way more cable length than I will ever need at this time, but it is good to have, so it is still wrapped up. It is very durable. I am using almost all of the ports, and its size is perfect for a small desk, and I'm using a Windows laptop, and it does amazingly with it. I have no issues with the buttons. I will say that the lights on this port splitter are very bright blue. There should be an option where you could turn off these lights or dim them, at least, while they're in use, because I do have this computer on throughout the night on sleep because it is doing things while I am asleep for my job. The price of this product is unreal because the value is just superb! This is a really good product, and you won't be disappointed.

Ergonomically perfect for me.
I thought about inventing a device like this several times. Happily, there is one.I was frustrated having to tilt my head sideways to see which way the USB had to be inserted. This is perfect, it lies flat and the thumb drives, printer cables, mouse transmitters or external drives are easy to plug in because all slots are facing up. I can plug them in one-handed. Each slot has a button to turn it on or off, which is handy if a large external drive interferes with the system speed. You simply turn off that button, it doesnโt eject it, it just ignores it until the button is pressed again. For example, your cabled printer wonโt work if that button is off. Seven slots is perfect. With fewer and fewer USB ports on newer computers, this is perfect.I have my printer cable; mouse transmitter and two large external drives plugged in and still have two slots left for thumb drives. This is really great to plug into the back of TV that usually has very little space to comfortably insert a USB device. This way there is no fumbling behind the TV. The cord is about 2 ft. long so youโve got lots of room.

You Might be Happier if You Burn Your Money Instead
I made the mistake of buying this USB hub not once, but twice. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. I bought the first one in November 2024 and the second one in June 2025 and this last one exhibited a defect (that I also experienced with the first one) within 3 days of getting it. Then it occurred to me; this is the same hub that I threw out months ago. "Why did you throw it out" you ask? I'm so glad that you asked! It's because that first hub stopped working COMPLETELY. But before it did, THREE of the blue "pin separators" (in the ports) came off and rendered those 3 ports unusable. Also, if you attempt to plug a device into one of those ports and the pins touch together, they can short together and destroy the device you're trying to charge. As shown in the first picture, two of the ports in the hub don't have blue plastic separators between the pins so they can't be used. Additionally, the USB cables that were plugged into those two defective ports now have the plastic stuck in them and can't be used until I find way to remove it. That's not easy as there's no extra space that allows you to get a pic or other tool in there to remove it so those cables are useless. If you look at the pictures, the red arrows in picture 1 point to the ports that the blue pin separator came out of. The Yellow arrows point to the working ports , and as you can see, they all have a blue plastic pin separator.USB charging cables should only have 1 pin separator in them and its usually white. But as you can see in pic two, theres both a blue, and a white pin separator so that cable is ruined unless that blue pin separator (that came out of this cheap hub) can be removed.Additionally, the USB cables that were plugged into those two defective ports now have the plastic stuck in them and can't be used until I find way to remove it. That's not easy to do as there's no extra space in there that allows you to get a pic or anything else in the them so those cables are useless. The red arrows in picture 1 point to the defective ports that the blue plastic pin separator came out of. The Yellow arrows point to the still working (for now) ports and you can see the blue plastic pin separator. If that blue plastic pin separator shown in the second picture cant be removed, then the cable is ruined as it's useless like that. A USB charging cable only has 1 pin separator in it and its usually white. So buy this cheaply made USB Hub at your own risk.

Cable Length is Wrong
The cable advertised is nowhere near as long as it actually is the actual cable is very very short and definitely not 1m
User
USB extension
The cable to the extender is fixed hence connection is not interrupted by poor contact. Additional bonus is the switch button.
