I love this bottle, the lid is super leak-proof and I really like the easy click-open feature and the handle. This makes it perfect for traveling and keeps me drinking more water throughout the day. I also like how well it keeps water cold for hours and that the bottle is very well designed, most of the bottles have very nice colors and combinations. Overall I think it is one of the best water bottles I have ever purchased.

This is the best thing I’ve purchased in a long time. The straw lets me drink safely while driving. 40oz is perfect. So far it keeps cool. We will see how summer goes. The latch is solid. Though i would hesitate to latch it to a carabiner or some thing.I did not appreciate the stickers labeling parts and on the mouth piece. Removing and cleaning that gunk is always a bit more annoying than it should be and the use of this bottle is fairly obvious?the color options are horrifying. The palate is solid but the lack of cohesion in one bottle is mind blowing. The fandom bottles are less offensive. That said. Theres a grey. And this bottle is the best water bottle I’ve used. I am enthusing to all my friends and coworkers.

I love that the bottle has a large capacity (40 oz) but still fits well in backpack bottle holders (if it can hold a 32 oz Nalgene, it can hold the 40 oz Owala). The sipping straw feature built into the mouthpiece is surprisingly comfortable and very easy and convenient to use regardless if you're sipping or swigging. The design of the mouthpiece also makes it very easy to clean compared to other sipping bottles like a bite valve bottle. The stainless steel vacuum interior holds water temperature very well and is very easy to clean, especially with the wide mouth opening when the cap is removed. The cap secures very well and you can feel the tight seal when you close it, giving you confidence that it won't leak. The silicone seal for the mouthpiece also can be removed very easily for cleaning and the carrying handle folds in very well and locks in securely. Everything locks into place with a very satisfying, secure click.The one caveat, or limitation, of the bottle is that the seal on the mouth piece is so effective that it can cause the straw to store water when you remove the cap when the bottle is full. This may lead to some spillage from the end of the straw if the mouthpiece seal is opened after the removal of the straw. Also, when filling the bottle, be sure to replace the cap with the mouthpiece seal open or some water may shoot out of the mouthpiece when you open the seal as the water rushes into the straw when the air is released. In my opinion, this is a very minor issue.Overall, the bottle has quickly become my everyday water bottle. It fits into my bag's bottle pockets very well and is great for leaving on my desk at work to sip water from while also being great to take swigs from while at the gym, or when I'm especially thirsty. The simple design makes it easy to clean and the stainless steel interior holds temperature very well while being plastic free.

Do you hate having to make several trips a day to whatever water source you may use due to a 24 ounce insulated water bottle you've been using? Well this one will cut that time in half with 40 ounces.Not only all that but the spout where your lips go feels comfortable. Hard plastic will forever be my choice of spout/straw/whatever over some rubbery textured thing. It just feels right for me. This is the most versatile water bottle in terms of ways to drink in an industry where there's usually only 2 options. This has a third and its glorious. It's ergonomic, doesn't spill (unless you forget to put the cap down, but duh), and it doesn't dent easily (I'm looking at you contigo).I've dropped these several times on concrete in my garage getting home from work or getting out of my car at the parking lot at work and the paint has barely chipped. I think there's one tiny spec I can find without looking under a microscope of where the paint has chipped. It's built like a tank. Other than that the cap and locking mechanism work well. They haven't let me down yet.If you're listening Owala, Thank you. You are truly an innovative brand with a keen sense of detail and a knack for quality. This is my third Owala water bottle. I'm never buying another brand again. Period. My search for the perfect water bottle has ended here.

I bought one for everyone in my family and they are my new favorite. They are durable easy to fit in cup holders, easy to carry and easy to drink from. We are all obsessed! Even though they are a little more expensive than what I’d like to spend, they are worth it. I’ve gone through many other brands and they either break or start leaking. I’ve had these for almost a year and they still seem new! Nothing broke and they do not leak!!!
