Note: if vehicle battery is extremely low, you may have to disconnect and reconnect to the battery a couple of times (once the LEDs start cycling red/green and the clicking stops) before attempting to start the vehicle.Overall, an excellent, compact, easy to use product.

I've had a number of these over the years, and this device just works. The charging time is negligible. There are times where larger battery starters are required, but this one does what it does without a doubt. I keep one under the back seat of my truck and one in the saddle bags on either side of the bed of the truck.

I've had is charger for a few years now and I'm soo impressed with this work how of a charger. Lets get down to the facts and true statements!IT WORKS. THIS CHARGER JUMPS HEAVY DUTY RAM UTILITY TRUCKS, like that (snapping my fingers). No long waiting, no driving vehicles up side by side, or wheeling up a charger. You hook up to the cables to the battery and push the button on the charger and start the car! It is so compact and that's the amazing part. Description: for all you visuals out there it is a little over half the width of a clipboard and about the length of a clipboard. At first I was having difficulty believing this tiny charger could do the job.SIDEBAR: shout out to the manager of a dealership in NC he used it all the time on the new FedEx vehicles we were picking up for delivery. I work for a local transport company in GA. It's a life saver.

I purchased this product for my 4 cyl 2.5 liter vehicle. I decided to order the 3000A Peak 26800mAh 12V Car Auto Jump Starter which was advertised as having more power. I anticipated that I would have more than enough power for my vehicle.When I received this product, I carefully read the instructions and charged the battery pack. The indicators indicated a full charge. I then put this product in my car.As my bad luck would have it, I had a need for it this morning. I inadvertently drained by battery because I left an accessory on. My fault. Result was a dead battery and I needed to get to work. I thought I was prepared for such an emergency because of this product.I removed the product from my car and carefully followed the instructions. My car barely turned over but would not start. I removed everything and waited. Then following the instructions again, I reattached everything. Al the indicator lights indicated a correct set up. Still no starting. Fortunately, I was able to hook up a traditional battery charger and take my wife's car to work. When I got home my battery was charged and my car started up nicely.To me, this is a type of emergency equipment. It is something that I hope I would never need but when I need it I have to have confidence it would work. Well it didn't. I was lucky in that this happened at my home. But I can't carry a piece of emergency equipment that I don't have confidence would work.Unfortunately, with this type of product, there are few ways of testing it other than deliberately draining my battery. I had to trust the charged lights and the indicator lights but when I really needed it, it failed.Fortunately, I only had it for about a week and I was able to return it. I may purchase another jumper but I don't think I would buy from this company. I may have gotten a "rare" bad copy but for such an emergency type equipment, I have to have confidence that it will work when I really need it.Too bad as it looked like a nice product. But it failed the very first time I needed it.

This battery jumper is amazing! I didn’t realize that my car battery was seven years old so we kept having to jump it every time we turn the car off. Without fail this product jumped the car every single time! It is also easy to recharge. I now keep it in the car charged up in case I happen upon someone that needs the their car jumped.This is the best product that I have ordered from Amazon in quite a while and worth every penny.
