It comes with two different screws to fit variations in the antenna connector size on the MINI so it should fit any model. I did not notice any signal degradation (broadcast radio only). It's cute and functional. 2013-10-30 --Update after 1 month-- Still like the antenna. I also purchased the MINI Cooper Genuine Factory Car Cover at the same time, and to my delight the Stubby fits perfectly inside the little pocket sewn in the cover for the antenna. I have a MINI roof rack, and the little antenna does not interfere at all with stuff on the rack. I have noticed some slight loss of reception, contrary to my earlier report. Weaker AM stations will fade slightly when going through areas that are hostile to good reception (like a certain freeway interchange near my work), and at sundown when stations must reduce their power, reception pretty much vanishes and is replaced by electrical noise for the smaller and more distant stations. Powerful and local stations, no problem even at night. I have actually seen improved FM performance at long distances. Note that the OEM antenna also performed poorly with weak stations at night, so it's not really a fault with the Stubby. Highly recommended. Review: Looks great on my Mini - Cool little antanna. Great quality and price. ## Features - ✔ IMPROVE THE LOOK OF YOUR MINI: The Stubby antenna is compatible with MINI Cooper (2001-2026). It does lose stations a few miles earlier when travelling way out of town. But otherwise its the same. Unless you live very far away from the station you want - you won't notice any difference. I love my 2" stubby. **Q: What is the thread size and pitch of the antenna?** A: There are two threads included for this Stubby Jr., both of which have been verified with factory MINI threads. **Q: Will it fit a Nissan frontier** A: No, this product is for a MINI Cooper, you need to search for a Frontier Stubby... https://www.amazon.com/CravenSpeed-Antenna-Replacement-Frontier-1998-2018/dp/B00757GT1U/ref=sr_1_2?keywords=nissan+frontier+stubby+antenna&qid=1549645951&sr=8-2 **Q: Will it fit my 1999 BMW 328i 4 door?** A: If the antenna is on the rear fender yes, but if it is on the roof it will not fit, sorry. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A solid, attractive little antenna *by U***E on September 30, 2013* This is a well made antenna, of obvious high quality. Great quality and price. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great reception, looks great on the car *by C***E on January 13, 2019* This is a high-quality product that looks great and functions perfectly. It was easy to install; at most you'd need a pair of pliers to remove the factory antenna. I listen to satellite radio a lot, and the stubby antenna gets slightly better satellite reception than my factory antenna. FM reception seems at least as good. Also, the stubby look is perfectly matched to the compact, sassy styling of the MINI Cooper. I'm only surprised that the factory doesn't use something like this. ## Frequently Bought Together - CravenSpeed Stubby Antenna Compatible with Mini Cooper 2001-2025 | 4 inches | Short Antenna Replacement | Made in The USA - for 2024 Mini Cooper F56 Organizer Mini Cooper F56 Front Door Side Storage Box Door Side Organizer Grab Tray 2015-2024 Mini Cooper Armrest Phone Container Mini Cooper Countryman Accessories 2PCS - Floor Mats for Mini Cooper F55 Hardtop 4 Door, F56 Hardtop 2 Door & F57 Convertible (Set of 2 Front Mats) OEM Genuine Black- Heavy Duty -(2014,2015,2016,2017,2018,2019,2020,2021,2022,2023,2024) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.sk/products/4607002-stubby-antenna-compatible-with-mini-cooper-2001-2026-4-inches](https://www.desertcart.sk/products/4607002-stubby-antenna-compatible-with-mini-cooper-2001-2026-4-inches) --- *Product available on Desertcart Slovakia* *Store origin: SK* *Last updated: 2026-10-13*
