Terrible quality….and more to know before you buy.
The media could not be loaded. I spend most of my night installing this and the faucet is the problem. The pitch is not enough to keep the water from leaking under the top glass and running down the entire faucet leaking everywhere. After all that work, I’m beyond angry. The water also puddles up in the glass it’s so flat. Unreal. I have installed it correctly and many of them I’ve had success with until this junk arrived at my home. Do not buy.**update- I purchased the Kriess name brand one and it was night day. Way better I’m EVERY aspect. If you buy this, you will spend money replacing every part of it because it’s so cheap
