Is the assembly difficult?

Not at all! We provide a dedicated wrench and a simple screw for the base. You can set it up in under 1 minute.

Can it hold a 15.6-inch portable monitor?

Yes, it's designed for slim portable monitors. As long as your monitor weighs under 3.5 lbs (1.6kg).

Can this stand hold an iPad Pro 12.9 with a thick protective case (like Otterbox)?

It supports devices up to 0.7 inches (17mm) in thickness. Most heavy-duty cases fit perfectly. Please measure your case thickness before purchasing to ensure a perfect fit.

My 15.6" monitor feels a bit shaky. How can I make it more stable?

Please ensure your device is within the 1.6kg (3.5 lbs) limit, stability is all about the center of gravity. We recommend centering your device over the base and avoiding extreme forward tilts.
