Nice starter filter
The media could not be loaded. I love this filter, I chose this one over a regular side of the tank filter because I love the shower feature. My girl loves playing under it! Clean up is easy, takes less than 10 mins to wipe off the outside and I rinse the sponge with soap and hot water. Had this since April and haven’t had any issues, I also love that you can connect a tube to easily get the water out. Will upgrade to the three tier filter like this one soon, as I am now adding more water to the tank. I also like the water sound around the house, sometimes if I need a quiet moment I’ll close the top of the filter but otherwise doesn’t bother me.

Does an Adequate Job
This filter and pump system is ok. It works well for the price and no need for filters to be purchased.

In my opinion this was an excellent filter
A little bit noisy but it did the job only my problem was I let my tank go too low and it burned up the motor my bad what can I say 😮🫨😖:(

Very powerful for its tiny size.
It needs to be cleaned very often...it does not say how to clean it buy it can be opened and cleaned like a cat water fountain. I thought it was gonna be bigger but it is by far the most powerful little thing I have ever seen lol

Not Suited to Planted Paludarium
I like that it can be used with a very shallow water level, but it claims to work for volumes of water up to 10 gallons, and that's just not accurate. Its 4W is far too weak to make a difference. It also really isn't suited for a tank with substrate, as it only has suction cups on one side, and if you stick those to the wall instead of the floor (so the intake is on the side, and the output is on top), that seems to reduce the flow somewhat. Also, who thought it was a good idea for a white device to have a black cord!? If you care about the aesthetics of your tank, you'll need to buy something to hide the cord.

It works good for little tanks
So far so good it’s just the right size for my little turtle tank and real quiet that’s a plus for me so I will say it’s worth the price
