I have been using this product for a long time, but began ordering it when my local health store closed. I love that it is a more organic option and does not contain iron. Although I have always been healthy, this is a great multivitamin that seems to have improved my overall health even more. It has not cause stomach upset despite my sensitivities, and I noticed a difference in my energy level when I began taking it too. However I was advised to only take 1 daily or 2 at most if I am depleted due to my size and good health because of the natural energy it provides. The recommended 3 tablets daily is in fact too much for me. Like most vitamins, the tablets are large, but smooth and seem to go down easily with water. The taste is not bad, but I am not super critical of taste. Although it is a bit expensive, quality supplements often are, and it is offered at the same price as the local store from which I purchased it in the past. Thankful to have found this great product!

Excellent product

This is an excellent multivitamin AND mineral supplement. The tablets are large but I take them in divided doses with each meal to get the specified serving of 3 tablets. I take them not only for the vitamins but also to replace minerals that are missing from my filtered water. Since the source of all this is from whole natural foods, the tablets are necessarily large but are more natural and beneficial than those taken from lesser sources. I have taken this for a long time and it works very well for me. Each tablet is coated to make them slide down easily.

This product delivers just what you need to get you through your work with plenty of energy each day. I have taken this particular Vitamin for over 10 years and it has never let me down! The size is rather big , no after taste, quality ingredients. In fact my doctor asked me where I got them and was surprised at the great list of ingredients. They are easy to use!

Best vitamin ever! I’ve been taking this for decades and I’ve tried a few others from time to time but I always come back to Nature’s Plus’ Source of Life because I feel great when I am taking them. My energy level is higher when I take them. Definitely worth the money!

Small easy to swallow, amazing product if you’re worried about Iron overload. This is much more than a Vitamin and Mineral, inside the label are many other nutrients that will shock you. An absolute fantastic bargain for the money with Enzymes to digest it all.
