It can all go in the dishwasher, although I have found food gets stuck in places that are pretty inaccessible and difficult to clean. I use this for making chips for the air fryer, but don't bother getting it out for most quick dishes as it's quicker to use a knife! Nice that the unit folds up, but there are lots of parts that need to be kept together in your cupboard, so maybe easy to mislay an important bit?
