This earpiece fit perfectly and looks/feels just like the original. I was ready to throw out my expensive bluetooth earpiece then I stumbled across these and the price was excellent for a set of 3.

Would rather have purchased just my size. I hate to discard the other pairs.

It appears that most of the Palmtronic BT head phones, have a small little flexible washer that helps keeps them in tension while installed. My washer broke and the little ear piece fell off... Of course you can never find the special place you put the spares that came with it in the first place... So off to Amazon and order more... Install a newone, and then quickly lose the rest of them...

worked on my plantronics UC just fine, thot they were 3 sizes, but they are all same size, which is fine, I'll probably wear another one out eventually, if I can just remember where I put them next time.

Worked just like the original ear piece! Will buy again if needed. The foam material wore out on my original unfortunately. These seem to be holding up as of right now.
