This definitely contributes to that by supporting nitric oxide and delivering blood to the muscles effectively, even alongside vasoconstrictors like caffeine and my prescription meds.​My advice? Blue raspberry is the most palatable; try the others at your own peril.​I don't feel overly tingly from this one either. You get a bit of a buzz going, but your ears don't feel like you're at a Middle Eastern barber's having your outer lobes blasted with white spirit and fire.​For the price, it's well worth a try. It's one of the only pre-workouts under £20 that actually gives you a clinical dose of citrulline malate (6g / 6,000mg), beta-alanine (3.2g / 3,200mg), caffeine (250mg), and black pepper extract (5mg). You may be looking for a decent dose of creatine too, but at 0mg, you're better off adding your own or buying a more expensive pre-workout. While they taste belting, options like the AN Body Fuel ones aren't high-dosage (even with all of the above, their creatine content is horsey poopoo).​I rate this, especially at under £13.To note too, it doesn't make you feel like you're going to untether the contents ofyour your entire gastrointestinal system into your Calvin Clankers either during, immediately after, or during your working day.Not to brag either (though it is a bit of a show off), but I workout 6 days a week combined with 3 runs and 3 rides - it helps, and I am 37 too (not a spring chicken).Often, I mix it with rehydration salts (I have adrenal insufficiency too so they're necessary and XPLODE doesn't interfere with that thankfully), and 6-8g of creatine which is added from whichever monohydrate I find on offer.
