Excellent and easy to strike
These are much easier to light than cardboard matches. We put them by the toilet where striking a match works better than sprays. Then dip the tip in water in the sink and throw away. Don't throw wood matches in the toilet!I also keep them in a plastic bag in our "bug out" emergency bag with a backpacking stove since disasters are never planned, right? These are good, all around, all purpose matches that strike easily and burn longer than a cardboard match.

You can strike these
How do you start a fire with two sticks...........make sure one is a match.

The light the candles, so...
They strike easily. But they also break easily and the wood burns quickly, almost before I can light all the wicks.

Unusable and dangerous
Picture taken from my first attempt to light a match. I use matches very often and these are the worst I have found. If they manage to not break, they are hard to light, and most of the time cannot even stay lit long enough to light a candle. I was not going to even write a review because these made me so mad, but then I went to try to light another just now, and it lit at the same time it snapped and burned the crap out of my hand. If you are looking for small wooden sticks that break easily, these are perfect for you. Otherwise, it would be smart to spend your money elsewhere.

Focus Poop
I only bought these for one reason: get rid of the poop smell after I drop a deuce and they work fantastic. I'm sure you could use them to light a candle or some other nonsense but the electronic lighters are better suited for that.

Good matches
It’s actually kind of funny that you can hardly find matches anymore, and the ones you may receive in stores or bars are super cheap and don’t work half the time. These matches are exactly as you’d expect - catch flame at the first strike and burn slow enough to be able to light several candles. Quantities are probably a life-time supply for me though. 😊
