Q: how long does in stay inflated for

It depends on the use, however it doesn't really matter because the pump is built into the costume. If it starts to deflate, you just turn on the pump/fan. Think of it like a jump house you wear.

Q: do i have to buy a separate fan?

No this has a small vent fan built in suit. You need to have clothes with a pocket for the power pack that operates the fan

Q: How do you use the restroom with this and how long does it take to inflate?

It inflates in just a couple of minutes but it zips closed in the back so I think you would probably have to take it almost completely off to use the restroom.

Yes, she would be too small. It’s definitely an adult size.
