The item has a plug. Probably 14" high maybe 8" wide. It is extremely fragile. Ihave broken so many pieces already and barely touched it. I would not buy again.. Sorry

If this item is not delivered as pictured, how is the return policy? Some of these reviews make me nervous.

Not sure on returning this particular product, but in the past it was a pain. I was not satisfied with the tree, it had several broken pieces. I glued it back because it was a Christmas gift. For the money it is a very fragile gift

Sorry to take so long but we had to get to California to measure it. It is 15" tall from the bottom of the wooden base to the top of the star. The one we bought is not in a cabinet since it was a couple of inches taller than her shelves. It is hard to dust without breaking some of the little figures on the sides.
