Nano X And Ledger Nano S Plus - Back Up Crypto Wallets Pack | Double the convenience and flexibility

Once opened and plugged into the USB charger the item registered fully charged, as soon as the USB was removed the item would not turn on under its own power - disappointed !!

Why would anyone purchase a cold wallet, only to be let down by the manufacturer who has opened up a security hole in the ecosystem through their ‘recover’ function. It might be a good idea in principle, but in reality this has simply made the devices susceptible to being hacked. Poor form from Ledger.

USB function's stability is horrible. Avoid at all costs. Returned it within days.

I tried buying one of these direct from Ledger as all the reviews I read (and I read a lot of reviews!!) strongly recommend for security reasons buying direct. Paid for priority shipping and long story short, never received the order due to a courier screw up. Ledger customer support is the most frustrating unhelpful very “artificial” intelligence basically informed me that they will need over 7 days to sort out a replacement or refund. Even though I have received word from FEDEX that they had lost the package Ledger within 24 hrs of the failed delivery it seems Ledger need 7 days??? Reason I say all this is because if they can’t sort out a simple replacement or refund, how would they perform if you had a real problem with the device.!!!! It’s not like you buying an usb drive to save a few files or photos.! Ledger seems very Mickie Mouse for a company that are supposed to be in the data security business.

Delivered on time and working, usual Ledger quality. Feels much better than the older Nano S model and works much better. One thing I would say though is that Ledger do either a trade in program or make it cheaper/give discount to customers coming from older models, as this was a forced upgrade essentially. Apart from that all good.

Good product

Great product. Works fine. However, I really dont think that it is worth it for a newbie or someone who trades a lot. This product is more usefull for longtime HODLers. It's not really "easy to use" but after a while you understand how everthing works.

The order was incomplete. Also, the package looked tampered with. Therefore I returned the product.
