Not sure about a safe but this is not a powder or spray but rather granules. I've somewhat assumed if you can get the granules into the keyway it's going to break in to more of a powder as the key enters and crushes the granules.

It says the color is "black and white" but there isn't a place to specify the color needed. how do i insure i get black?
