Really good for my project with a Matt finish
Bought these to work on creating a hill diorama for a trainset layout. The paints mix perfectly fine and I am more than happy with the selection of colours and quantity for the price. The paintbrushes included were fine and it was nice to have everything in the one box to get started. Coverage was good, had no problems at all over other paint, mod rock or mod podge. But........ When dried the paint has a matt finish. For me on this project that was fantastic as I didn't need additional work to tone down any sheens on the rocks but it may be problematic for other uses. The image shows a brown basecoat with a flat grey mix dabbed over lightly followed by some black and white drybrush shading and highlights, overall I am impressed how it turned out for little effort and thats down to the paint. After a couple of days rubbing it did not remove any trace so it adhered very well. I would certainly buy again for a similar project where a matt finish is prefered.

You could say this purchase is value for money, on the hand these paints seem to be old stock as the constituency of the paints are inconsistent.

Get it!!
These paints are so good!! I painted a gnome in my garden about 4 months ago, with wind, rain and everything it’s still looking brand new!! Such good quality paints for an affordable price, and the tubes are so big!! Dries super quickly and you get plenty of colours to choose from.

Cheap and cheerful
These are great for kids... it takes a few coats to achieve a decent finish, they're a bit runny compared to some but you get what you pay for, lots of colours, basic paints

Do not purchase, unusable paint
I bought these paints 7 weeks ago, on Thursday i openend them for the first time during my workshop, the paint was unusable, it came out of the tubes like cottage cheese, i tried to mix it together, it was impossible. I am an artist and use paint regularly, this is either old stock or it has been placed next to something very hot. Do not buy.
