I just received it and tried it.It is easy to use. I had a pain in my gum and the massage calmed it down almost instantly.It's light and there is a travel bag. The booklet gives less info than the Amazon advert regarding the different tip (when to use which).The small rubber protection to hide the charging part had stayed in the box so when I used the nozzle, there was water dripping and I had to make sure at all time, which way I held it to avoid water on the electric part. I found it in the box afterwards. It is vital. It's should be easier from now on. However, I did not expect the ruber to stick out like that. It is the weakest point.I can't tell you yet about the battery life.

I cant decide if this works or if it is gimmicky! I turned it on and without warning shot my husband across the kitchen!! Theres no stop start to spray so you have to turn it already pointing at your teeth. I dont know if I can actually tell a difference after use!! But a good tip off the other reviews don't use cold water!!!Also awkward to move to do the backs of your teeth!!

Performance is good, takes some getting used to. Would be better if it used a standard USB cable for charging

The one I got seemed to only work if held one specific way and there was a significant delay on the button, so I'd press it nothing would happen, I'd wait, take it out to check and it would shoot water at the cieling
