These Lines are a direct OEM replacement for all of your brake lines, they fit as they should. I already had the bed off to do fuel lines as well which helped. Remove the driver side cab bolts and lift the cab off the frame for easier access to remove and replace the old lines.

These fit 2005 Silverado Crew Cab 6.5 Bed with Duramax Diesel. Working on rusted brake lines is never fun. Having a new set up pre-bent brake lines on hand before you start is the way to go. I used an oscillating blade to cut the old lines off flush with the tube nuts so a socket can be used to un-thread from the ABS Pump and Brake hoses. Started by installing the rear lines firsts. The "T" on the rear end housing doesn't line up with the mounting bracket on the rear end housing. Within half an inch but not able to get the bolt into the mounting tab. Not a huge deal and I'll tweak or fabricate a new bracket once the weather warms up. RH Front line I installed next as it was the longest and most difficult to fish through the maze of wires, brackets and routing under the radiator and up over the RH Frame rail. At the ABS Pump I worked from frame rail towards transmission, top to bottom and had good access for hand wrench to tighten everything. I installed new stainless flex lines at this time also. Russel 695770 which fit well. Lines all had to be tweaked a bit as they come folded or rolled in strategic locations to allow manageable packing size. Use caution when straightening out these bends, go a little at a time and try to make the line straight as possible. I hope using stainless lines to never have to redo this work again!

​I picked up this Dorman stainless steel brake line kit to replace my old, rusted-out factory lines. Upgrading to stainless is an absolute must for longevity, especially if you deal with harsh weather and winter road salt. The quality of the lines themselves is fantastic—the pre-bent shapes are fairly accurate, the fittings are solid, and the material feels heavy-duty. ​However, I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because the kit completely lacks instructions or a diagram detailing where each specific line is supposed to route. When you are staring at a massive bundle of unlabelled tubing, trying to figure out the exact routing for the front calipers versus the rear axle turns into a really frustrating guessing game. I highly recommend taking plenty of reference pictures of your old setup before you start pulling things apart! ​Overall, it is a great, high-quality kit that will save you from future rust issues, just be prepared to spend some extra time figuring out the layout.

Fit my 2003 Chevy 2500HD crew cab, standard bed perfectly. Was not necessarily an easy job, but for having never run brake lines before, it wasn't as bad as I thought it might be. Only tricky thing was I had to partially drop the fuel tank to run the rear line. All the lines were included, and I had zero leaks. Hoping these don't rust out like the OEM lines that were on it!

In shipping one line was lost called Dorman they were very helpful shipped one FedEx . Thanks Pete &Mary.Make a Diagram were the line run Soak everything in penetrating oil I replaced the rubber lines at the same time so we cut all lines (keep 2 master cylinder fittings with some line to make bleeder with rubber tubing) and used a socket to take the lines off the abs block it took some doing This is not easy, you need 2 people to get the lines pulled through the truck.Put the long center rear line1st ( I did without unbolting the bed) then passengers side line then drivers side then master cylinder and rear lines Bleed the master cylinder then You need to bleed the abs block if you do not have a scanner have someone pump the brakes loosen the lines on the abs block one at a time starting with the master cylinder 2 lines (lower pair) then the top 3 lines.We cut a 14mm wrench in half to get to the lines easier.Then bleed all the calipers Good luck

This was a tough job, but having these prebent lines made it easier. Passenger front was the toughest line forsure. The rear line through the frame rail was tough aswell. Lines arent an exact match, but you can bend em around yourself after you have the lines in place. I was able to get the lines in the stock plastic frame holders and everything. 10/10 would recommend. The stainless lines do feel a bit different in the pedal. Overall great product. Price has gone up a bit it seems over the years $180 i payed but it was worth it and fast shipping aswell. Was delivered to my door within a week

The fit just like the old one but will not rust. You needed to spend the time figuring out the order to put them in. The front RH was the hardest but straighten only part and then it fits but then straighten the other half. I did it with the body on. The rear line I had the tank out for new straps so that made it easer. Overall I like it very much. Got a plastic fuel line kit also to fix the steel line problem before it happens.

Makes doing brake lines less of a PITA. However, it is still a PITA.

Fit was really good and installation went easier than anticipated. End caps to aid in install so the ends don’t damaged or dirty would have been a nice addition. Electrical tape fixed that issue, however. Great product!

Fitment was really good, all bends were close to factory.
