I was able to contact customer service and had a new one delivered very quickly. I love to give this to 1 yr olds as a birthday gift. They love these and it keeps them busy. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ adorable but you have to keep an eye on baby falling over *by M***A on January 25, 2019* Such an adorable toy and my almost 1-year old daughter was so excited to play with it! It was relatively easy to setup, my husband used a drill and it was good to go. The only thing is that it is smaller than I thought: the overall height is almost the same as my daughters when shes standing up, and it is a bit wobbly. So if you have a pre-walker who is still not yet able to stand on her own, you have to always be there because they will use it to stand up and move around, but the thing is a bit flimsy and falls over. I wonder if they could make one with a more solid/heavy wood foundation for the bottom to ground it more? Also would be curious to see how it does on non-carpet: I would think it would easily slip. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Super fun for the kiddo *by T***N on November 24, 2019* Very fun toy for the little ones.
