I was watching a very well-known cancer doctor on TV. She said if you are going to spend $ on some of these brain supplements, make sure the supplements have the four ingredients on the label of this product. She Did Not mention this or any product by name.When I did my Amazon homework, this was the only product that I found having all four ingredients at a decent price. I'm not an Albert Einstein - Yet, but here is always time :) (I chose not to mention the names of the ingredients as it is too much typing; however, they are very visible on the front of the label!)

I've been struggling with lack of focus, brain fog, and lack of energy for sometime. I wanted to give these a try to see if it could help. After almost a week I do feel I have more focus and less brain fog. Last few days though I have felt like I'm racing a bit and I'll need to see if that is just a temporary thing not related to the supplements or if the supplement is over stimulating. Time will tell but so far I'm happy with the intended results of focus and brain fog. One other thing I noticed is I have more energy and I'm not feeling as tired in the afternoon where in the past I might fall asleep on the couch.

I got this 9 in 1 Brain support supplement for my boyfriend who is in an intensive 13 hour a day programming class and by mid-afternoon, he seems to feel like he isn't processing as much as he does in the morning. You won't be taking 3 caps 3 times a day like most of these "brain support" supplements. This is a one and done sort of deal. It boasts Ashwagandha Root (70mg), Gotu Kola Powder (100mg), Bacopa Monnieri Powder (100mg), Ginkgo Biloba Leaf (70mg), Panax Ginseng Root (50mg), Rhodiola Rosea Root (50mg), Organic St Johns Wort (30mg), Rosemary Leaf (30mg) and Black Pepper (5mg). The capsules are much smaller than the usual horse pills and are about the length of a nickel. That's pretty impressive for the amount of ingredients they have packed into it.You get 150 capsules with 1 capsule a day so you have 150 day supply which is amazing for the price. Absolutely awesome value for the quality of ingredients in a brain focus supplement that won't leave you jittery.

Still looking for something that helps with short-term memory!

I mainly wanted to try this product to improve memory, however the main benefit so far for me is the anti-inflammatory properties that some of the herbs contain. I have noticed a reduction in the amount of pain that I have in my lower back and hips since I have been using it. My energy level is slightly better. I have not noticed any significant improvement in memory so far but I am going to continue to use it and will update if I do notice a change. I did some research on the herbs and most seem to be harmless as far as interactions. I did see that St. John's Wort can cause some interactions with antidepressants and other medications. Some reviews also indicated that Gotu Kola is safe for up to 12 months when taken by mouth. It can also have side effects of nausea and stomach pain. I have not experienced any of these. If you were to purchase all of these herbs separately you would pay a lot more for them so I think this is a great value. I plan to continue using the product and see if I experience more benefits.
