An old favorite! I bought this to replace a water damaged copy. This lovely author is full of wisdom and simple explanations. The amount of recipes alone make it well worth the purchase! I have several of her books, and i would recommend anything written by her.

Great to have recipes for herbal remedies
Great to have recipes for herbal remedies, but the things I tried didn't help me. Didn't do any harm either. The tea I made smelled wonderful and I enjoyed it. I just wish there was chemical analysis, or description of which traditional society used it and how it worked for them. One anecdote for a remedy doesn't sell me on it. I cross referenced, I think she's knowledgeable about herbs.

Tons of useful info
I was disappointed at first as it’s not of the quality and layout as her other books. I feel like it could have been laid out ina much more easy to use, quicker and easy to identify in a more appealing way.I still find the book has a lot of useful information directly tailored to women and that part is great. I love that. They layout/style could have been better.
