Unbelievable Find
Had tried to find this product to replace two of mine that had stopped functioning. My Philips Respironics box is very old. Contacted one main dealer who said it was not manufactured anymore. Looked on E-Bay & all I could find was 2nd hand ones in USA non returnable at an expensive price & high postage & import duties. Found this at a reasonable price & after finding it worked well with old box ordered another one.

It looked decent, and it fit the connector fine. The device powered up fine. There is an issue seemingly with the one I received the customer service was responsive so I'm updating my review to reflect that and I'll see what the replacement does.

Perfect for my cpap
Left my cpap charger at home 300 miles away! I have Philips dream station and it was perfect

Not a good replacement
Used this for the first timd on my Dreamstation last night and the Dreamstation kept cutting out then alarmed and stopped working. The hospital support worker called in and said she's seen it before with these power units as the dreamstation is very sensitive. Its passed the return date so straight to bin.
