Excellent tire for the price
I purchased 5 of these (1 for the spare) for my Toy hauler (205/75R15). I was happy that mine were & load range D (8 ply) & not the lower range (B or C) like I had previously. Not much else to say other than they run great & work as they should. Yes, the tire is made in China, but they are well made tires and you can't beat the price. Five years later with over 4,000 miles on them, they are still in great shape (I keep them covered while in storage). I just bought another trailer and I'm planning on getting another set. I'm very happy with them. I recently purchased 5 more (4 for the trailer & 1 for the spare) for a newly purchased trailer. Although they are made in China, they are one of the best trailer tires you can buy when you consider cost (in my opinion). Mine arrived all with a manufacturing date of "1423", which I am very happy with. (just over a month old) I was disappointed that they were shipped with absolutely no protection during shipment. No shirink-wrap or anything at all. They just slapped the UPS label onto the tires and that was it. There doesn't seem to be any cuts or obvious damage, but this made me nervous when they arrived. Everyone knows how shippers handle packages, so a little protection would have been nice.

Great Value
Fast shipping and a quality product that exceeded my expectations. Shopped replacing six trailer tires on two trailers following a blowout on a heavy trailer that resulted in me changing that 8 bolt tire and wheel along I 94 at 1:00 AM in the morning because my Premier AAA Membership failed to send out anyone to change this tire. I waited 3 hours and was told the service would arrive within 40 minutes. Three hours later and 3 phone calls back to AAA resulted in me doing it all myself with cars racing by at 70 mph plus and not Needless to say I do not want to experience that again so I purchased replacements for both my trailers because I noted sidewall cracking especially on Goodyear product that failed. Seems they are prone to that because the brand I replaced them with seems to hold up much better. I was quoted almost double the price for this name brand and higher pricing for off-brand tires and these arrived in a couple of days in good order and were mounted by my local tire shop for 40 bucks. Because they are heavy-duty tires I am taking them to another shop for balancing and will have piece of mind again that I will be trouble-free on future trips.

Old stock tires, buyer beware.
These are one of the best trailer tires on the market in a 225/75R15/8 in my formerly professional opinion. They are probably the best value for the quality. The problem is that what I received is nearly 2 years old already. I don't necessarily prescribe to the 3-5 year replacement ideology, but Amazon selling 88 week old tires is not cool.

Labeled Carl star
So I just went to install them and they say Carl star on them which is fine but they’re labeled as Carlisle when you purchase apparently they have changed names over the years. Had me a little concerned at first appear to be a good tire yet just not what I thought I was buying been re-labeled. According to Google they started relabeling their tires as of 2023 to Carl Star.

Trailer tires
We ordered tires because we couldn't find the size anywhere close to home. These are used on a utility trailer. They arrived quickly and we have had no issue with them.
