**Q: How thick can the phone be to work properly?**
A: Any standard smart phone will work fine.

**Q: Does this work if you have a ram 2500 2022 with a 12"screen?**
A: This is only for the ford f150

**Q: Even when the arm is tightened down to the point I can't crank it, I still get a little side movement. Anyone know how to fix this?**
A: You would have to use epoxy. I had to. Pretty much pull the arm apart and re-glue with epoxy.

**Q: Will the tube work with the standard 1inch RAM ball mount?**
A: It will not work directly with 1” ball mounts. We offer an adapter on our website that will allow you to attach this to 1” ball mounts.
