Works great!
Works great after customer service walked me through it. I am changing the one star to a five star. needed to hit reset button to get it to pair. prompt and courteous customer support when calling NU-SET. Thank you!

Worth it.
Great lockbox. Easy to use, easy to program. Haven’t used the app yet, but I probably won’t.

Can’t Open It
I was excited to get the lockbox, but the instructions were not very helpful for me. The instructions said “Open the lockbox” but it was locked. So I tried using the instructions to change the PIN for the admin. That didn’t work either (I tried several times). Pretty much it’s a brick. I downloaded the user manual hoping for more, but alas, no. I have no idea how to open the shackle either to put it on the door. I’ll see if I can get customer service to help, but for now, I’m staring at a rather attractive brick.
