I had back surgery and am not allowed to bend, lift, or twist (BLT) for 8 weeks. These tools were recommended to me by a friend who is an Occupational Therapist (OT). This kit was a great price and cheaper than buying the items separately. The dressing tool has been a lift saver with being able to pull up and down my own pants to go to the bathroom or get dressed. The grabber tool is also invaluable and great quality! The sock helper is much easier to use than I anticipated and works perfectly for me!! I'm picky about how my socks are out on and didn't want someone else doing it for me every time! Now I can do it myself! This kit is awesome to help maintain some independene, keep yourself safe, and save loved ones from having to do everything for you! Definitely recommend!!

Very useful to gain a bit of independence and to avoid pain in doing everyday chores around the house and when getting dressed. The sack aid saved me nearly half a very painful hour along with the dressing stick/shoehorn. The grabber was a game changer , especially for fallen items that normally would stay on the ground until someone came along and picked it up for me . Have an extra grabber for when it falls is also a great idea . Shower loofa provides safety and allows you to clean spaces once out of reach and the leg lifter can be a great help getting in and out of bed , a car and even to help lift your legs into a wheelchair . In all this is a great system to help those in need

What fun to leave a review on such a well thought out product. This was delivered just yesterday following a total knee replacement. I will probably get the most use from the grabber. I'll bet I used it a dozen times just since last night-who would have thought.I've always had trouble reaching my back in the shower so I know I will get a lot of use of the luffah brush. It felt really good.My physical therapist said it is not good for the heart to reach down to pull on your socks so I will know I will use that assist.The back scratcher is excellent quality and is an welcome addition.I don't know how much use I will get from the leg lifter and the extra long shoehorn but, hey, I've only had this for less than 24 hours so, we shall see.I really recommend this for anyone who is having joint replacement.

Great tools for my wife after Hip surgery.

Highly recommend this product. I had hip arthroscope surgery and have used every item in the kit numerous times except the sock apparatus, but suspect I will as i become more mobile. These items have allowed me to be more independent and functional. The grabbers are good quality. Great products for the cost. Glad I chose this instead of buying the few items I thought I would need individually. I didn’t think I would need the leg strap, but I was wrong. It has been so helpful. Use it multiple times a day. The kit is well worth the cost.

Good kit, many useful items

Since my hip surgery back in June 2024, I found this kit extremely useful. However, after about 2 months of using the shoe horn / dressing stick, the dressing stick portion of the item broke and is no longer usable. I contacted Amazon to inquire about a free replacement (since it has been a relatively short time before it broke) but they referred me to the seller as it was outside the return window. I still need the shoe horn / dressing stick during my recovery from surgery. If not for the dressing stick breaking, I would have rated this 6 piece kit 5 stars.

I recently had my right hip replaced, and being younger than most at the age of 51, I wasn’t sure that I would need the gadgets in this kit that the doctors had recommended. But I wanted to be a good patient and do what I was told, so I ordered it a couple weeks in advance of my surgery.The box was delivered very quickly on my Amazon prime account and arrived in great condition. All of the tools were included and functioned as described in the listing.I learned right away that I absolutely needed these super helpful tools. The grabber tool was my most favorite “go to” and helped me every day all day.The hook tool helped me so much to put my shoes on and my underwear and pants on.I never used the contraption to put the sock on just because I was able to bend forward, but I know a lot of people who have used it, and it has helped them a lot.The back scratcher was super helpful. I am not used to sitting for long periods of time and after sitting for a couple hours on my couch, I would definitely use the scratcher.The shower brush is long enough that you can reach everything without having to bend or maneuver very much which is ideal.These tools definitely helped me to be more independent, which was very important for me during my recovery. Successfully being able to get dressed and maintain the house while recovering definitely helped me physically and mentally during the process and helped me to recover quickly.I plan on sharing these tools with othes in my community who require some assistance after surgery and I will definitely be using these tools again as I am scheduled to have my other hip replaced as well.I highly recommend these tools.
