Mixes perfectly into baked goods
A note to the other reviews who used this as a protien shake & raw dogged it straight- you're crazy. It's literally beef protein isolate?! Anyway, I use this in baking. I'm an athlete but I like my sweet treats. This mixes amazing in brownies, 5 grams of protein for one brownie? Yes please. I can put 8 tablespoons into a brownie mix and its perfect. You can't taste it unless you really add too much, then it has a very slight hint of bone broth. I add it into my bone broth protien shakes to boost the macros. I love it. ❤️ I have an extremely sensitive stomach & cannot tolerate whey protein shakes so this really is a game changer.

I should have requested a refund, this stuff is terrible! (This supplement only)
I have been very happy with Bulk Supplements products over the years and I am still a regular customer.Also, this particular protein powder is radically different from other beef protein isolate powders on the market. I only ordered the Bulk Supplements version because the stuff that has been working so well for me was out of stock at the time (and Bulk Supps stuff had never shown up in my recommendations until I went searching for an alternative). I was also so accustomed to being happy with Bulk Supplements powders etc in the past, that I bought a 1kg bag with no hesitation. Oops.This stuff though, smells bad and tastes worse. It sort of looks like unflavored beef gelatin (coarsely ground and apx the same color) BUT beef gelatin powder IS actually unflavored, AND actually dissolves in water. The flavor of this protein powder reminds me of ground up hamburger that has been over done on on a grill along with a faint charred smell (and once blended the charred smell becomes a very noticeable taste). Oh and as far as protein powders go, this stuff actually messed with my entire digestive system worse than any whey or soy protein powders ever did. The only protein powder I have tried that smelled worse was Brown Rice protein.

It's 1 ingredient-beef.
This should be obvious, but apparently it's not ...I was skeptical after reading the negative reviews and am glad I ignored them and bought anyway. You're buying this because it's got one ingredient and it's full of high quality protein. You're not buying this because it's yummy delicious Snickers bar flavor. If you care about your protein intake and are not doing the gym as a fad and don't need everything to be sweet and chocolatey, this is for you. Just man up and drink it and get on with your day.

Mixed super easy, fairly tasteless, HOWEVER it smells so strongly I have to hold my breath until it is completely mixed. Definitely feel like it’s helping meet my protein goals tho!

Just as it should be
Love everything about this product! Was using Carnivor Beef Isolate forever because Whey upsets my stomach, but have recently been trying to clean up my food intake from chemicals. This has nothing expect, you guessed it - Beef Protein.For the people that say it tastes horrible, you’re an idiot.1. There is not one beef protein I’ve had that actually tasted good.2. You’re buying this because it’s free from the BS. You’re buying it to get the job done, protein intake.Awesome Product

Caused bowel issues, if you are going to try it buy the smallest quantity first.
This made me go to the bathroom multiple times the 3 times I tried it. I went with a 1/2 then 1/4 scoop and then an 1/8. I saw a couple other reports of "loose bowels" so tread carefully and buy the smallest quantity first to determine if you can hold it in. I have not had problems like this with other powders/proteins and generally have a strong stomach so I was surprised. The flavor is fine. It tastes like a beef bouillon cube without the saltiness. Consider that for whatever you may want to mix it in as I wouldn't say there are a lot of options. Mix with water is fine, and I tried it in my fruit smoothie as well but I could detect the flavor even with the small amount I used. The return policy allows open items to be returned but it isn't worth it because you have to pay to ship it back and then they only refund the amount of the smallest quantity that they make. In my case, it was ~$35 for the 2lb so I would pay around $15 to ship it back to them and they would refund me $12.96 that corresponds with their 3.5 ounce offering of the product.

Smell and Taste
Product probably works well but the taste is so bad and the smell is even worse. Reminds me of raw meat

This might be the worst tasting substance I have ever tried to consume.
It's a huge bag of powder. I was able to get two scoops down on two separate days before deciding it just wasn't worth it. Absolutely foul taste in addition to causing the same intestinal problems that other protein powders cause. Be kind to yourself, just eat more beef. This product is only an exercise in self flagellation. Although the price is low for beef protein isolate I rated it one star for value, because if it tastes too bad to ingest it's a waste of money even though it is competitively priced. I have no way to evaluate the "quality" so I went with three stars as it's probably what it claims to be.
