You can use the car's cigarette lighter socket to power the devices, or the car's battery. If you will be using it in your garage at home, I recommend using an AC to DC wall outlet plug, this was it won't drain your car battery, or you don't have to turn your car on. Having said rust,I did have an issue which the seller made right, no hassle. Overall good buy, good seller, buy with confidence.

Do I have to return the total package, or can I just return the non-working 12-volt impact gun? I just used it yesterday for the first time and everything worked except the impact which runs but will not engage in forward or reverse. Jake

The main issue I have with this product is the poor design of the impact wrench. There is a warning that comes with it that is written in broken english and makes no sense, it says "do not turn on drill and leave on or drill will no longer function". After removing the first two bolts the drill stopped work entirely.Even if the impact wrench had removed the bolts successfully I would be very hesitant to use it as it felt very cheap and was almost all plastic - I would be concerned with something breaking apart and shattering the outside plastic, causing injury - it felt that unsafe to use.The hydraulic jack itself worked OK, but it felt extremely flimsy and also seemed to be very dangerous and unstable - I would not feel comfortable trusting this jack in any way.For the price point, these items felt way too cheap and honestly I wouldn't want to use them at any price point.

Everything works for the most part, but the pressure gauge for the pump is 100% incorrect does not work and the pump is not strong enough to pump past 30psi

The media could not be loaded. Its works great for RAV4 it lifts higher than expected its around 4-5inch. This Product is less noise and it lifts faster in just less 2 mins. I hope it will last but I suggest get a protection plan for 4 yrs for peace of mind.

I was not happy with the product but the seller contacted me and sent replacement very quickly. Its nice to see a seler stand by yheir products.I purchased this item to have in the case of a breakdown. Well when I needed it it let me down. Not only does the impact gun not work (makes noise but fails to engage shaft to provide torque) but the jack fails to hold its extended position. Internal leakage .... can not hold pressure long enough to even change a flat tire. Have to continually turn it on to maintain required height. Of course since it's an item you purchase and not use until needed the return window closed leaving me with expensive paper weight.
