My washer was bouncing and jumping all over during the spin cycle. Thought I was going to need a new washer. YouTube said to try replacing these. I tell you the washer works perfect now. They are a bit tough to install so if your not too handle maybe too much to do yourself.

Washing machine wouldn’t spin properly and would go off balance with the clothes being soaked . This fixed the problem and the product fit and matched description.

I replaced the old shocks with these and after about 10-15 loads the washer is shaking violently again. They worked great in the beginning but now the washer is back to the way it was before, what a waste of money. Of course the time to return them has past. Don’t waste your time or money of these.

My washer would violently bang on the sides when running the spin cycle or after draining the water during the rinse cycle. I hated the idea of laundry, felt bad for my neighbors and eventually got fed up and started looking to replace it. I had checked to see if I could get it fixed and the price was close to a new one. My husband ordered this kit and we went to Youtube university and then tested our knowledge. We were able to find that one of the springs on the suspension was broken which caused the washer to get unbalanced so we replaced all the old ones even though they looked good (kept them in case or for parts) and I am back to my regular laundry routine!We were able to save our washer and add some years to its life. Saved me a lot of money!!

My washing machine was not happy on my lanai laundry room and it kept trying to leave. It jumped and banged it's way nearly out of the room. I found a video on line that was for my exact model and the instructions were very clear. The rod come out through the bottom of the washer so you need to lay it on it's back to take them out. At 73 years old, it was VERY difficult to pull the rods up to compress the springs to fasten them to the top. It would have been a lot easier to compress the springs and attach the hooks to the top while it is on it's side/back (you wouldn't have to be trying to pull up the rods with all the weight of the tub fighting you.Bottom line is if you can use a screw driver, can follow video instructions and are not a 90 lbs weakling, you can do it yourself and save a significant amount of money on the repair.My washer is quieter than even when it was new.

The rods and springs are made with smaller wire than the OEM. The cups and and bearings are not as heavy duty as OEM. I worry that the they will not work well with heavy loads such as towels.The issue of spinning out of ballance has lessened with light loads. I will most likely replace with OEM parts to have confidence in the repair.Still bangs around with heavy loads.I
