Ryobi/Rigid 300527002 Hook and Loop Disc Assembly

This product was exactly as ordered. Very satisfied

I bought this as a replacement for the pad on my Ryobi RS-115. The hole patterns do not match, but as another reviewer has pointed out, with a couple of drill bits it can be made to do so. I found the drill press makes the work easy. After this small customization it worked fine on the RS-115.

Several reviewers said that the four bolt holes didn’t line up with these two manufacturers sanders. I found this to be inaccurate information. Since I read that in several reviews I didn’t have high expectations that it would work but figured what the heck it was $6.00 less than the manufacturer’s replacement . Much to my delight it was a perfect fit. So I highly recommend this as a more than suitable replacement for those two brands.

The grit is a consistent size and roughly correct for the numeric grit rating. Seem comparable in quality to the stuff from big box stores, just costs far less. All the sizes come stacked in a single box and it’s a little inconvenient to have to dig to find a sheet of the desired grit, so you may want to get some kind of storage containers for them.

This fit just like the original. I prefer to fix what I have then buy a new one. This fit the bill and was less than half the price of a new random orbital sander.

This had the same model number as the one I needed for my craftsman sander. The mounting screw holes lines up perfectly, but it didn't have the holes for the nubs on the craftsman mounting plate. I was able to drill holes in the new plate to make it work. No problems with it.

Absolutely perfect fit.

This is an exact fit on the ridgid sander the holes lined up perfect. The adhesion is not the best it holds but not like the original pad, it is very easy to pull the sandpaper of the pad. I do not believe this will hold up for a long period of time.

I could not find any help for ridgid tools anywhere home depot does not stand behind tihis prroduct as they don't sell replacement parts.we had a tool repair service I trusted and they quit servicing RIDGID toolsI went on line got no where.amazon came thru
