Faulty Plug Pins
I plugged this product in for the first time yesterday and have come to unplug it and the top pin of the plug remained in the socket. This product is clearly faulty, even though it has the QC passed sticker on it. This is going to end up costing me more money as I will have to pay for an electrician to come to remove it, on top of buying a different product that will be safe in my house and not lead to the potential of electrocution!

Very effective
Not had a fly or insect in the house since I plugged them in all widows open day and night very effective can not hear them light could be a little bright if you had them in a room mine are on staircase and hall just two does the job

It really does work!
I was very sceptical about these but they do truly work. There's no awful buzzy noises and it doesn't emit a really bright light, just plug them in and they're ready to go. Have really the noticed a difference, the rooms we have these in are fly free and it's reduced problems with fleas too. Really good buy

Live in Australia ? Look Elsewhere.
Purchased within Australia, product arrived quickly (Suggesting an Australian storage address) and the product has what looks like European plugs and will only cost an additional $60 to $120 to see if the $30 two pack is more then a glorified night light. Not Impressed. Edit: +1 star as it appears to working after managing to find adapters - I have noticed a sharp decline in insect and pest activity in my home
