Not too bad at all, just purchased to swim in the pool to protect my ear. It's great, I can reuse several times. Molds to my ear & water doesn't get in at all.

I swim for 45-50 minutes twice a week and have had issues with ear infections and pool water getting stuck in my head. These moldable ear plugs have put an end to these concerns. In both the pool and the ocean I have had great results. NO water in my head!

Though it does fit or mold to your ear, it does not create a seal. It doesn’t block out sound as much as had hoped. Can still hear general muffled conversations nearby.
