Brad point keeps the bit centered.
Brad point keeps the bit centered on the spot when drilling into wood. Cuts through wood very easily.

Perfecto para madera.
Recibí mis brocas, pero aún no las he probado. Pero se ven de buena calidad y su metal es pesado.

Great Small Set for Do-It-Yourselfers & Crafters
First time drilling for a craft idea I have. These drill bits are sharply cut. The brad point helps with centering on the sides of cut branches. They drilled through very well; even fibrous bittersweet vines. The set had four of the sizes I needed. The other two are handy duplicates that I can use as well. It seems they'll be durable. Price is reasonable. Best of all, I saved myself the hassle of trying to make sense of what was available at the big box home repair stores.

Low cost, but mediocre accuracy. Not for serious precision.
These are a "you get what you pay for" tool. You don't pay much, and you get mediocre accuracy, at best. I gave them an overall of 4 stars because they are so cheap, and for rough purposes that price makes sense. I will use them a lot, and will not feel bad about beating on them down the road if need be. It's nice to have a set of bits that you can be rough with.I didn't buy these for drilling precision holes, but I had hoped they would be a bit better. The pictured holes are drilled with a drill press, at the correct speeds, and using a nice 1/4in plug cutter you can see the difference between the 1/4in DW bit ($14 for a set of 6), and a 1/4in bit ($6 for a single bit) of a more expensive brand. The DW bit is oversized, and the plug just falls in there and would not have great glue surface for bonding, and would require some dust and glue, which would defeat the point of a matching grain plug, as it would essentially highlight it.I bought these to use for rougher purposes, where my hole doesn't need to be super accurate, but I am already a little dissapointed in the durability, even at this price. I have drilled probably 80 holes with the 1/4in bit, and the brad point itself is already quite blunt. All holes were drilled at the correct RPM with the correct feed rate, so it was all done under pretty good conditions.I struggled to rate these because they are a good value for projects where you don't need high levels of accuracy, but also aren't super accurate. I won't feel bad about sticking these in my hand drill and going to town, whereas I would cringe if I was doing that with my nicer, drill press only brad point bits.I tested every bit and none of them were accurate compared to my more expensive bits. I think this could be a mix of actual sizing, as well as machining tolerances that may produce a very small amount of wobble, increasing the size of the hole just a tad. All of them left holes slightly larger than they should be.Over time, you will need to make sure your punch hole is decently sized, as the tip gets more blunt it needs more reference surface to guide it in.

Great quality and selection
I do a lot of wood working restorations. These assist in keeping the hole to be drilled exactly where you want it.They don’t have the possibility of flipping when applying pressure to drill motorThey stay where you place them.

These drills are of very good quality.
I've used a couple of these so far. I drilled (20) 3/8" holes 3/4" deep in walnut and the drill is as sharp as it was when new. Obviously you have to take your time and not feed the bit to fast to avoid damage. I suspect these drill bits will last me a long time. They are several steps above the ones I have from the other side of the world.

Good for plastics
I bought this to drill holes on ABS plastic cases. It is easier than regular twist bits for that purpose, but the plastic tends to grab the bit aggressively. I would use a drill press or steady hand, rather high RPM and very light but steady pressure. Low RPM will get the bit stuck against the plastic burr.

Good price
Nice set of the most common drill sizes. I have broken or lost a few over the years and this set was cheaper than just buying the individual bits I needed.
