Utter disappointment
I purchased this wrist rest based on the two reviews that were available at the time of my order. Now I'm left wondering if they weren't scam reviews because this is an absolute joke of a product. One of the reviews talked about how comfortable this wrist rest was and how it kept its shape when in use. It was this on which I based my decision to buy because I don't just use the wrist rest as I type. I rest my head on my hand and my elbow on the wrist rest as I surf - and it's in this position that I spend probably 75% of my time in front of a computer. The little beads filling the product sure don't seem like gel to me, as was stated in another review. They're small and hard and with only a thin layer of a spandex material between my elbow/wrists and the beads the rest quickly becomes uncomfortable. It's arguable that if there were MORE beads it might be less uncomfortable. As it is, I can hold one end of the tube and all of the filler material falls to the other side leaving a full third to three-fifths of the tube empty. So in other words, with just the lightest pressure of my wrists as I'm typing, my wrists settle down to the bottom third of the rest with a giant hump of beads in the middle and on each end. And since my elbow is sharper and bears more weight it settles down to the point that there's just a layer of hard beads between myself and my desk. Very uncomfortable indeed.Just to add insult to injury was the fact that I spent a little more for the "non-skid" version of this product only to find that it moves around smooth surfaces such as my desk with ease. There's only a slight difference in resistance if I flip the thing over and slide it around with the "non-skid" surface facing up! If this is the "non-skid" version I'd hate to see the "non-non-skid"! Ironically, I've found my wrists are a little more comfortable with the "non-skid" side facing up. Go figure.I was willing to pay what I had to for a comfortable rest that wouldn't fall apart like the gel-filled rest I was replacing. Based on the other reviews I'd thought I'd found a decently priced item that would fit the bill but unfortunately I got a "sock o' beads" that's worthless.

Best. Pillow. Evar.
I read a few reviews on other web sites looking for "the best" when it comes to wrist pillows for keyboard and mouse use. Imak's ergoBeads was suggested, so I gave them a try.ergoBead feels like it uses little sticky gel beads inside a soft fabric bag. The non-skid version also has little rubber dots on one side to grab the table and keep it from moving around. The end result is a lovely cushioned beanbag thing that holds shape but feels quite nice and squishes and conforms to the hand and arm without creating a high spot. These are the most comfortable pads I've ever used, short of hiring a nubile Filipino girl to lay on my desk and allow me to rest my aching wrists on her pillowy breasts. Unfortunately she costs more than $20 and doesn't work well with my keyboard tray at work. This is the next best thing.

It is pretty nice. Arrived as described
It is pretty nice. Arrived as described. I had thought the beads inside would be smaller, but maybe it is more malleable this way. One of the better wrist rests I have seen. Most are too hard or too high, but this is nice because it is softer and the stuffing can be moved around a little bit to adapt to your preference.

Great product
I have been using a silicone rest for many years, but it became tacky when the outer material lost its grip on the silicone.I like the fact that I can wash this product. At first I thought that I would have preferred that the non-skid material have a little more traction, but the cushion stays in place once I put pressure on it. All in all a really great product. What I also like is that I can move beads around to shape the cushion.

This is likely useful for you if you have an ergonomic or other high-rise keyboard, but on my standard and gaming keyboards at home it places my wrists much too high for comfortable use. The cushioning is nice, and you very well may love it, but my experience wasn't good. YMMV.

Youtube how to sow and you'll be fine.
I got the nonskid and the regular keyboard wrist cushion. The non-skid is definitely an inch or two longer. Usually the cushion in these imak products is too much. So I remove some of the balls inside to get it to exactly the cushion I want. It's not that hard. I'm a guy. Youtube how to sow and you'll be fine.

Good product
I find this is a good hand set for the mouse but too soft for the keyboard. I have to double it up for using the cursor when playing my games alone.

I'm not sure what the point of "non-stick" is with this style of wrist-rest, as it will still tend to roll over itself (-1). As well, it sits quite low for a keyboard rest (-1), and there aren't enough beads (it's possible to completely deflate it in several places at the same time) (-1).
