I bought this for my teenage son for his xbox controller, took him about 15 minutes and he found it easy to do. It has saved forking out for a new controller.

Took a chance with this supplier which paid off. The ' pusher' plastic extention on my MS Xbox series X bumber bar broke off, disabling the left bumbert switch operation and I bought this as a replacement. I dismantled the device and removed the old bumper for examination, and there are plenty of videos explaining this process on youtube. Comparing the old and the replacement bumper bar they look identical, including the support and reinforcement elements on the back of the bumper, the plastic is of good quality and texture and colour (black) appears to be identical to the original. I had no problems with the reassembly and the controller now looks and works as it should. The screw driver supplied deals with security screws that MS supplies, and the plastic "pludger" for removing the lower handle cover is very useful if you have not acquired something suitable before. Good package, I now have a couple of replacement triggers left over in case of any failure of the originals!

Good replacement, fits well and works. The tools are good quality and quite durable. The bumpers are much softer than the standard ones and have far less travel so they’re a quieter click which can either be an upside or a downside depending upon the person.

The kit itself is great with the pry and the screw drivers. The bumper broke while fitting, the plastic clip is poor quality and snapped instantly.

The media could not be loaded. Bumper was not working so bought this bumper replacement kit and saved myself from buying a new controller.

My right bumper broke playing Assassins Creed Odyssey (right bumper = main attack = broken RB), so was just about to pay £55-£65 for a replacement. Googled how to replace bumpers and found this on Amazon.Had a minor issue that the seller resolved super fast, brilliant customer service 100%, took 3 minutes to replace the part and now the controller good as new.Word of warning DO NOT play games like Assassin's Creed Odyssey, Xbox controller bumpers are not designed to be used as heavily as triggers otherwise be prepared for replacing more bumpers, if they do break now you know where to go to.

The bumper button had broke on my left hand side of the xbox controller so i brought this kit to replace them, I fitted these a day or 2 after i received them on the 18th July and the right bumper has broke and come off on November 7th, replacement ordered from another seller as I only need the one part as have the tools now. Going to cost me around £12 a year if they last this long. Difficult to say they are rubbish though as getting a new controller seems to run the same risk at a cost of around £40, i got around 2.5 years out of the original part.

On initial opening these did feel more brittle or flimsy than the original. , putting the controller together they are a perfect fit and work perfectly. Much better than having to replace the controller!
