Can this product be used while wearing contact lenses?

No (according to manufacturer's website). It says in the FAQs section: "Can I use Rohto® eye drops while wearing contact lenses? No. Always remove your contact lenses before applying Rohto® eye drops and wait at least 15 minutes before reinserting them. This gives the drops a chance to dissipate from the ocular surface." http://www.rohtoeyedrops.com/faqs/

Are the dry eye relief drops preservative free?

I'm guessing they are NOT preservative free. Most eye drops that don't contain any preservative re sold in the tiny individual vials.
