Hooks are way too weak
The hooks are too weak. I had to come up with a better way to attach the bike. My bike weighs 45 pounds

Almost a good product
I really like the concept of this bike rack. It allows me to store my bicycle off the ground and reclaim floor space since I have 10-foot ceilings. However, the design of the product needs improvement. The all 8 pulley wheels are not as wide as the bracket they are housed in. Almost every time I use it, at least one of the ropes jumps off the pulley and ends up on the axle. This means I have to climb up to my 10-foot ceiling to correct the rope position within the pulley. this definitely diminishes the value.
