It’s a great travel device. It’s surprisingly powerful enough. I use a standard size water pick at home and was afraid that my travel companion wouldn’t deliver (after being used to a powerful one). It’s so good that I actually ordered a second one as a gift!I like that it has a rechargeable battery rather than standard batteries. Meaning, I can recharge it anytime, anywhere.

This water flosser is great! It is cordless and very easy to use. I used to have another big name brand water flosser but got tired of being tied down by a cord. This one is great to take on the go and I do not feel like there is any loss of power. I like the multiple different heads as well, great versatility

I had the full tank flosser prior to purchasing this and it was easier to turn switch off and on. I have shot water everywhere more than once trying to find the off button. But it's great, takes up very little space. Reason for 4 stars is the mouth debris does go all over the machine itself. There is no way to avoid the spitting part without getting it on the machine. I wasn't expecting that but of course it would be like that will all portable flossers. I just rinse the whole thing in hot water when I'm done. But it was kind of a surprise on that part for me. It's lighter, holds a lot of water (just as I needed) and so easy to maintain. Works for me. I'll prob never go back to a full tank flosser again. Not necessary.

The media could not be loaded. UPDATE-Barely 3 months into it, the USB charging port burnt out and melted while the device was plugged in to charge (using the same cord I've used before and used for years for phones and other devices). I'm lucky it didn't start a fire.ORIGINAL REVIEW- The pressure is excellent and the only reason I give it 2 stars.As for the rest, the design is no good- unlike most portable Chinese oral irrigators, this Olasom isn't actually telescopic (i.e. collapsible/retractable)- not in the way one would think, anyway. The reservoir has to be removed from the top of the unit, flipped over and attached to the bottom. The resulting height of the assembled device is ridiculously tall, so it won't fit under most faucets for filling and needs to be removed/reattached every time to fill. There's another cap that's used to protect the hose, etc that attaches on the bottom when the unit is in its "travel" state. The whole thing is very cumbersome and certainly not very travel-friendly, despite being "portable". Also, as others have mentioned, the tips rotate freely and don't stay in place which is a minor inconvenience, but annoying nevertheless.But wait, there's more...What's much worse is that at the end of the cycle, after all water is pumped and the pump runs "dry", there's actually still a large amount of water that's "stuck" in its entrails and that water ends up leaking out from a drainage port at the bottom of the base and onto the countertop (the rubber gasket doesn't prevent it from leaking out as the drainage port is situated above it). So to avoid all the mess, after the cycle is finished one must remove/detach the reservoir and drain the water (by tilting the base over the sink). Extremely cumbersome and poor design and build.Finally, like most of these no-name brand Alibazon gadgets, it doesn't charge from a USB-C PD charger, instead it requires a USB-A charger/cable. Which defeats the whole purpose of having USB-C port on the device as you can't use standard USB-C PD chargers and cables.

The media could not be loaded. I have used this flosser for a couple weeks after a poorer built one failed. So far, everything is well done, seems to be well-built and thought-out. Nice accessory tips with a very nice soft feel zipper case measuring 7x4x2.5 inches. The 10 oz capacity is a big plus if you tire of filling smaller flossers. Not the lightest- 12.85oz for the unit, with 10 oz of water, it's pushing 23oz. I tried another flosser just before this one- had to return it because the angle of the tip was too shallow and could not irrigate the inside of my lower front teeth. No problem with this one. I like the custom setting- for a medium stream with an initial soft start for 1-2 seconds. The video shows how to step through the modes. Includes a USB/C type cord, instructions, and quick start card. 12 month warranty, made in...surprise: China Worth the money -- so far, as they say.

I’ve had this for just over a year and would go through periods of not using it. I finally figured out a good system to integrate it into my daily routine and the battery won’t stay charged long enough to floss my whole mouth. I’m disappointed that there’s not a warranty on this, it’s the perfect size and has good options for different nozzles and power. I may give it another shot, but it would be nice to have a longer lasting battery as the whole point of my purchase was to be more sustainable.

Suitable gadget for home use, but very cumbersome to carry about when traveling due to it size. And it's very cumbersome and troublesome to use. A few parts must be detached and reattached when using the device. Not worth its money.

This item ceased working after less than 12 months. Big waste of money
