I've mostly used this for abs and for the area at the base of my neck on my back. For my abs i'm mostly using it while I'm sitting at the desk, working, as a bonus to my actual workouts outside of work- this works great, and you genuinely can feel that your abs have worked when you get up.For my neck, though, it's excellent. I work very long hours and have always felt tight on the back of my neck and back when i finish the day, no matter how much care i try and take over my posture. 15 mins of this stimulator on the base of the neck when i'm starting to feel works wonders though, loosening the muscles up nicely. Recommend.

It work allright, but the problem for me are those sticky pads. They do not stick to skin. Even if they are new. Skin need to be dry. So for me that's disadvantage.

The product stopped working only after 3rd use.I would only use it 10 minutes at a time.The abdominal set is weak and too small to cover the abdomen with its contracting area small, only focusing on the centre without much effect on the lateral sections.I would not recommend this product. Unfortunately I’ve missed the return date by 2 days otherwise I would have returned the item.

I have tried couple of different products and this one is ok regarding comfort and ease of use. Entry level regarding the power.

One of the small pads/control unit attached either stopped or kept cutting out. This left us with only one of the small pads and the larger (ABS) pad in working order (within 14 days of receipt of the goods). We decided not to return the product since it was mainly used for ABS muscle training and we were OK to continue doing so. We use the one (good) small pad and swap it over if we choose to work on other paired muscle groups - a bit inconvenient but less hassle than the returns procedure !

I wanted to get an abs stimulator having read a article which confirmed they actually work. There are loads to choose from so I went for this one as it had good reviews and was the cheapest. It is really easy to use although the instruction booklet doesn’t give a lot of info. (I took a screen shot of the Amazon page showing the program settings!)Very good value and so far it is working fine.

These are pretty awesome, you just stick them to your body (they hold in place by themselves) and turn them on. You can even feel them working your muscles. I exercise regularly and it's nice to have this as an addition. As I can always feel them activating my muscles when wearing it I am no doubt confident that they are effective. Considering the price is so good, I can definitely recommend this

The abdominal thing is a bit weak but the others 2 are fine. I think, you can see the results of it combining with a good diet, a bit of exercises yourself and then use it as extra helps 😉 but don't rely on it 100%
