Exactly what I was looking for
I used this with 2 syringe keepers so that I could travel with prefilled syringes of semaglutide and keep them chilled while traveling. It's perfect for that purpose. The size travels well and keeps well in the fridge as needed, while the ice packs can stay in the freezer until needed for travel again.

Not too big and perfect for my needs
This little case is perfect for me to carry limited medication, syringes, and alcohol wipes. It’s not too big. I don’t use the frozen packs, but they look fine too.

Works well, nice size
This was just what I needed to travel with a medication. It was small enough to not be a pain in my small carry-on. MY item remained cold for hours of travel. Good quality for the price.

Perfect for insulin
I use these to carry my medication in. They have two cooling pouches to keep it cool. I’m able to pack two pens in here easy. It pretty sturdy also
