I have an existing laminate that was cut unevenly at a door threshold by the installer. It was okay at the time because it came up against carpet. I decided to remove the carpet and put a different laminate floor. I needed t-molding to connect at the door threshold. The problem? The crooked line from the existing floor. I was able to cut the existing floor straight by using this product. I couldn't get it all the way to the door jam, but I got it close enough to put the t-molding on. It did what I needed it to do.

These are meant for a Dremel. They are too small and weak for the drill/screw gun they are advertised to work with.I used the largest disk, and still had trouble getting close enough to the work to be effective.The shaft bent the first time i used it.

Difficult to find a product like this and it worked in small areas where nothing else would fit.

Unbalanced and not rated for the advertised RPM. It was super shaky at 2K RPM, would probably destroy the tool if ramped up higher rpm. Not very sharp either.

I guess it does what it's supposed to do, but it's a little terrifying. I knew what I was getting into, but probably should have thought more before I bought.I just wanted to saw through some thin wood - shadow box separator thin - but I feel like you need some kind of rig to stabilize things. I tried it on a couple of slats but it jumped around enough I thought I'd skip the trip to the emergency room and just brute forced it with some pliers.Again, it does exactly what it's supposed to do, but I can't really think of an application that isn't dangerous.
