I go through a lot of backpacks. Not because they fall apart, but because I find them lacking in some way. This is a huge exception. The first thing that struck me was the looks of the bag - it's very high quality and the black with rose gold hardware is simple and flattering. There are multiple, multiple places to store every essential thing I carry with me - but the overall size is compact and I don't look like I'm out for a hike. I have stopped dragging a purse and a backpack with me to work because this does the job of both very nicely. I have used it daily for 4 months, and it still looks as great as it did on the first day. Best of all, the fabric is awesome and wipes up beautifully.I haven't really used the built-in charger because I haven't needed to - but I can verify that it works and it's nice to have the back-up just in case.This is a classy, fashionable item that looks great and performs great for any use.

I needed to bring my work as I’m an entrepreneur and writing my first book. This is a professional and sexy stylish backpack that supports my flexibility and comfort with everything from a mom to an entrepreneur! It’s also reasonable $$ (I was looking at Tumi $$$) but this perfect it is durable and fashionable- Thank you!!!

This bag is perfect for travel. It fits everything you need and has enough pockets to keep important things accessible. Love it!!

We bought a more masculine style and this more feminine style massaging backpack for my wife. Ultimately, we didn't want to fight over who got to receive a massage from the backpack so we bought 2 :-) It's stylish, holds quite a lot including a 17-inch laptop and she likes she can actually use her phone while it's plugged into the external USB port. Our Anker battery didn't fit into the side pocket so we pushed the connection wires through to the next pocket and had plenty of room. The massaging feature in really cool and it's nice that your back isn't sore after lugging around her laptop or groceries.
