Very nice
I have many crimpers. Including a $2500 13 ton electric one.So I have many and I know what I’m talking about. This is one of the best low cost handheld ones (of course I have a handheld one that is close to a thousand and that is better)But for the price, even for triple the price, you can’t beat this.

Solid quality ferrule crimper
The iCrimp brand puts out some good quality tools at a fair price. I purchased their PEX crimping tool a while back to crimp my PEX water lines. It did a great job and I never had a crimp ring with a leak. This tool is equally well made. The handle is comfortable to hold and makes a good solid crimp every time. The crimp head can handle 5 different sizes of ferrules. If you're looking for a quality crimping tool at a fair price, this is the one to get. Definitely recommended. My rating method:1 star - terrible. I wouldn't consider buying it.2 stars - marginal at best. Doesn't meet the minimum requirements or quality to be useful. Buy it at your own risk.3 stars - average. Meets the quality and requirements for a product of this type but is nothing out of the ordinary. If the price is good, I'd probably buy it.4 stars - better than average. Exceeds the typical quality of a product of this type and has a few extra features not usually found on other products of this type. I'd buy it.5 stars - exceptional - far exceeds the quality of products of this type. Hard to beat the quality and features included. Best value for the money. I wouldn't hesitate to buy it.

So much nicer than needle nose pliers!
I have always used whatever plier was available for crimping terminals onto wires (which I do not do very often). These are SO NICE to use, and do a great job! I've been waiting to use these for a month or so, and finally had a project where I needed to crimp some terminals onto the wires. These did the job quickly and easily. Now when I look back at past terminals I've crimped, I wish I would have gotten a proper pair of crimpers before.I would definitely recommend these crimpers!

Just As You’d Expect - Nice iCrimp Quality & Value
I am lucky enough to own several different types of iCrimp ratchets. I need one that would do insulated terminals from AWG 22-10 (30J size) so decided to add this to my electronics toolbox. I do quite a few different electronics projects, mostly centered around radio repair, speaker repair, and other mixed electronics. These ratchet crimpers feel very solid and well built in the hand. They are comfortable in the hand, during the crimping process (most important), and they are not too heavy. Also, in everything I’ve crimped with these so far they’ve been accurate, work well, and are easy to use. Many other crimpers are not particularly accurate, but not so with these iCrimp ratchet crimpers. Nice crimpers that do and support exactly what the specs say. I consider these to be an extremely good value for the price. Definitely a recommend based on quality of product and price.

Insulated terminal crimper works well most of the time.
I got these to complete several electrical upgrades on my side by side. Mostly I used this to crimp insulated female spade connectors on to make connections at the rocker switches I had installed. Most of the time the crimper worked well and made good crimps but I did have a couple instances that the wires easily pulled out of the connectors though. I cant speak to the quick change aspect as I did not get multiple jaws for it.

Couldn't be easier.
This crimp tool makes putting on these terminals so fast and easy, and you get a perfect crimp every time. You just match up the color of terminal with the dot on the die.Select your crimp terminal, put it in the crimp tool centered in the matching color and close the jaws just until it holds the terminal for you. Then insert the wire and crimp, squeezing until it bottoms out and releases the handle.I used the factory setting of #2 force and that worked well, if you have slightly under sized wire for the terminal you may have to increase the tension. You can purchase many different dies for different terminal ends. I have other crimpers dedicated to those so I just got the die for these insulated terminals. You remove the dies by squeezing the lever and die between your fingers and pulling straight out. This tool is really stout, well made for a life time of service.

Inconstant
I found it better these to be inconstant at crimping with insulated connectors. I decided to return them and went with the molex perma seal crimper and connections. I am much happier with molex.

Good tools, well made
These crimpers are surprisingly well made considering where they were manufactured. I was expecting weak tools with handles that slide off and lose hinges. Neither of the tools have any of those problems. They are sturdy, tight and the handles are firmly attached. The interchangeable crimp heads are very well machined and fit snugly in the tool. The crimper itself has a handle locking feature that holds in place if you have to readjust your grip while crimping. The strippers are thicker than others I have had and the blades are quite sharp. My only complaint is the case they come with has those annoying plastic hinged clasps. Those things always break (the more you open and close the case, the faster they crack and fall off) and with everything else being high quality it was surprising they would go cheap on the case. The holder for the crimp tool jaws is very nice and firmly attached to the case. Yes, you could just ditch the case, but then you would have all the jaw pieces jumbled together instead of neatly stored in the little pouches of the case.Still, these seem like solid tools that will get a lot of use and last a long time.
