Healthy choice
Vey fresh and good tasting. Love the fact that there are Organic. Just knowing that I am putting something from nature in my body gives me more confidence. Only thing is how the price fluctuates other than that it would have been five stars.

Can it be bad?
These are good but I’ve never had any brands that I thought were bad. I eat them with banana chips and cranberries. They’re excellent in salads

I have used Good Sense Roasted Pumpkin seeds for many years, The quality is always consistent, and they are delicious. They are a wonderful source of protein, so I put them on salads. As I am a vegetarian, I love having this easily available source of protein. They are salted, but are not too salty. Their texture has just the right amount of crunchiness IMO.
